📋 Description

• Create and evolve developer docs for Plaid’s APIs; simplify complex topics.
• Design sample apps, demos, and tutorials to show Plaid APIs in action.
• Improve developer resources (Postman collection, docs site, assets).
• Advocate for developers; translate needs into product/docs insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to onboard developers at scale.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Developer Relations or 2+ years in DR plus 3+ years in related technical roles.
• Ability to write clear code in one backend language and one frontend language.
• Experience building sample apps and technical demos.
• Experience writing high-quality developer docs from scratch.
• Ability to learn quickly and clearly explain new technologies.
• Strong developer empathy and ability to communicate what matters to developers.
