📋 Description

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 2 finance professionals.
• Organize workload, delegate tasks, ensure quality and accuracy.
• Tax, Statutory, and IFRS reporting end-to-end responsibilities.
• Pass Big 4 audits for group consolidation and PIT exemptions.
• ERP Implementation (SAP): design, implement, roll out SAP.
• Reconciliation of customs records with local bookkeeping.

🎯 Requirements

• Turkish — Fluent/native (essential for tax authorities, customs, auditors).
• English — Upper-Intermediate/Advanced (HQ/executives).
• 3–5+ years in a senior accounting/finance leadership role in manufacturing.
• Deep understanding of Turkish Free Zone regulations and tax incentives.
• Hands-on SAP ERP experience and Big 4 audit procedures.
