📋 Description

• Generate, direct, and upscale AI video, voice, and image assets for high-converting ads.
• Craft animations across platforms and formats, including newer ones.
• Develop transitions, typography, visuals, and compositing sequences.
• Maintain brand direction while enabling creative experimentation.
• Elevate storytelling to drive performance, not just polish.
• Own pipeline from concept to final render with speed and iteration.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years as a Motion Designer, ideally in performance marketing.
• Strong portfolio showing motion range and mobile-first thinking.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro (Figma a plus).
• Proficiency or curiosity in AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, or similar.
• Ability to work independently, manage time and deadlines in a fast-changing environment.
• Familiarity with creative performance metrics and a desire to create ads that convert.
