📋 Description

• Be the UAE-based point of contact for regulator escalations (Sanadak and AECB).
• Review and submit regulator responses to CBUAE and others.
• Ensure accuracy and timely compliance with UAE regulatory requirements.
• On-site role in Dubai; UAE resident with Emirates ID.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years in regulator-facing roles or complaints handling.
• Direct experience with regulator escalations (Sanadak, CBUAE, SAMA) preferred.
• Native or fluent Arabic and strong professional English (written and spoken).
• Strong written communication; ability to draft regulator-appropriate responses.
• UAE resident with Emirates ID; familiarity with Salesforce or similar tools a plus.
