Finance Operations - Senior Associate at Riveron

📋 Description

• Drive month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close in NetSuite
• Manage complex accounting schedules (intangible/goodwill amortization)
• Conduct bank, intercompany, and GL reconciliations; resolve discrepancies
• Review state/local tax filings and coordinate with external tax advisors
• Oversee intercompany validations, eliminations, and transfer pricing calculations

🎯 Requirements

• MBA in Finance or M.Com or Semi-qualified CA
• 3-4 years in US accounting, financial reporting, or technical accounting
• Oracle NetSuite ERP experience
• Advanced MS Excel: lookups, pivots, modeling, reconciliations
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and internal controls
• Shift: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM IST; strong communication and ownership
