🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related field
• 1+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in root cause analysis and process improvement
• Keen understanding of QA/QMS and regulatory considerations
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
