📋 Description

• Advise People Business Partners, People Shared Services, Compensation & Benefits, and other
• Provide counsel on agency workers and contractors, reasonable accommodations, flexible work
• Support development/maintenance of a global employment and labor framework, including handbooks
• Research and monitor employment legislation; implement compliance and risk-mitigation strategies
• Review and advise on contracts with third-party providers and internal practices for engaging
• Draft and negotiate employment agreements, performance notices, settlement agreements, and other

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified legal professional with 6+ years post-qualification experience advising on employment and
• Deep knowledge of UK employment and labor laws; exposure to additional EMEA jurisdictions or India
• Prior in-house experience strongly preferred
• Experience advising on employment/labor issues in tech/entertainment/content production industries
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
