IT Deployment Technician at BESIX

📋 Description

• Prepare end-user devices for new starters, hardware refreshes, and project mobilisations
• Assist lifecycle management: recalls, redeployment, reimage for resale, data destruction
• Conduct QA checks on deployed devices: connectivity, software, security
• Provide on-site and remote support during deployment phase
• Help develop deployment runbooks, build docs, and SOE procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in IT support, deployment, or end-user computing
• Imaging and deploying Windows 11 with Autopilot or equivalents
• Microsoft 365 and Intune/Endpoint Manager knowledge
• Configure hardware peripherals (monitors, docking, printers, mobiles)
• Strong problem solving and ability to handle shifting priorities
• Excellent communicator and team player
