Braze Solutions Lead
- Significant hands-on and consulting experience with Braze
- Experience managing enterprise Braze implementations or mature Braze environments
- Strong knowledge of lifecycle marketing, CRM, personalization, segmentation, and cross-channel engagement
- Experience with customer data, event tracking, identity management, and consent management
- Working knowledge of APIs, SDKs, webhooks, JSON, SQL, and data pipelines
- Experience leading technical teams, agencies, vendors, or implementation partners
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and delivery plans
- Strong communication, stakeholder-management, and decision-making skills
