📋 Description

• Lead complex Edwin implementations for enterprise/high-value customers.
• Design Edwin solutions coordinating with Envision, PS/PM, ITSM workflows, third-party observability
• Own architecture for event ingestion, alert correlation, enrichment, investigation, ticket routing
• Support major customers with continuity, regional context, and advanced technical judgment.
• Reduce delivery risk, improve time-to-value, mentor others, and build repeatable practices for

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in Solutions Architecture, Professional Services, implementation consulting, enterprise
• Strong knowledge of service delivery, observability handoff points, data flows, ITSM workflows
• Deep experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Freshservice, and ConnectWise.
• Experience designing integrations across multiple monitoring, observability, APM, ITOM, analytics
• Ability to translate events/tickets/changes into ITOps workflows; understand alerting, enrichment
• Strong understanding of event correlation and reducing alert noise; capable of operational handoffs.
