📋 Description

• Develop and maintain the Infrastructure Core services catalog, service documentation standards, and
• Analyze, design, and improve operational processes across Infrastructure Core teams.
• Identify process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities, driving actions through to completion.
• Design and establish new operational processes where no formal process exists.
• Promote consistency, transparency, governance standards, and best practices across infrastructure
• Develop reporting and tracking mechanisms to support process performance and operational visibility.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in process management, service management, IT operations, infrastructure governance
• Solid understanding of infrastructure domains such as networks, systems, cloud, platform, database
• Ability to structure, document, and improve complex technical or operational processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset; ability to identify risks, dependencies, gaps, and opportunities.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, CMDB, Monday.com, or similar tools.
