- Lead Growth Manager to architect GTM and grow partnerships
- Own end-to-end growth, scale outbound motion, and drive revenue
- Coach a high-performing team while remaining in the trenches
- Collaborate with Product & Engineering to align roadmaps
- Build systems with CRM data and pipeline hygiene
🎯 Requirements
- Proven full-cycle enterprise sales experience
- Experience building outbound engines and A/B testing
- Strong strategic communication and ROI storytelling
- Remote/multi-geo leadership experience; Berlin-based preferred
- CRM and pipeline management expertise
