Minimum 5 years in strategy, analytics, or business management at a management consulting firm
Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar
High ownership mindset; strong business acumen and urgency
Ability to lead, influence, and align teams without direct authority
Experience coaching junior team members
Proficiency in SQL; comfort with Python and data visualization is a plus
