Weekend Specialist – Resident Service Coordinator at ElevateOS

We are seeking a dependable Weekend Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment and can confidently manage multiple priorities with limited supervision. The ideal candidate has excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask across multiple service lines and stakeholders.

You should be comfortable making decisions, proactively solving scheduling challenges, and communicating with residents, vendors, and internal teams throughout the weekend.

Prior experience in scheduling, operations, customer service, hospitality, or home services is a plus. Experience with remote teams, CRMs, scheduling platforms, or recruiting is also advantageous.
