- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
- Configure Oracle Cloud modules - HCM to meet business needs.
- Participate in Oracle Cloud implementations and upgrades from planning to post-go-live support.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users.
- Develop functional design documents and test cases.
- Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, reports, and integrations.
🎯 Requirements
- Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM modules and ERP integrations.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Oracle Cloud functionality issues.
- Comfort with staying updated on quarterly Oracle Cloud releases and providing post-implementation
