AI Prompt Engineer at Noodle

📋 Description

• Write, iterate, and maintain system prompts and instruction sets for Noodle's AI agents
• Translate educational and operational requirements into agent behavior, including persona, tone
• Design prompt architectures for multi-step and chained agent workflows, including RAG-augmented
• Collaborate with engineering team to configure and deploy agents via AI orchestration platform
• Create learner experiences for three-way chat between learner, staff, and AI assistant
• Build and maintain evaluation frameworks for accuracy, tone, hallucination rate, task completion

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years designing and iterating on prompts for LLM-powered applications in production
• Proficiency with prompt patterns: few-shot, chain-of-thought, system vs user roles, tool-use
• Strong written communication
• Experience building and running prompt evaluations
• Comfort working across disciplines
• Experience with LLM observability tools (Langfuse, Weights & Biases, or similar)
