VP of Delivery at Humanoid

Own and maintain the company-wide execution framework, including roadmaps, delivery plans
Ensure all company initiatives and projects are tracked in a single operational system with clear
Drive cross-functional alignment between engineering, product, and leadership teams
Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve delivery risks and operational
Provide operational oversight and guidance to project managers across teams
Implement and continuously improve program management processes, reporting, and execution standards

Strong experience leading complex cross-functional programs or delivery functions
Exceptional operational discipline and attention to detail
Ability to structure and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
Experience building operational systems, planning frameworks, and execution processes
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work closely with leadership and translate strategy into execution
