📋 Description

• Own the work end to end: Understand the problem, choose an approach, build the solution
• Build with AI every day for research, analysis, prototyping, and debugging
• Decide what's worth pursuing, and test it fast with the smallest meaningful experiment
• Define success before you build, analyse the outcome and use it to improve, expand, or stop what
• Work embedded in a software engineering squad, partnering with Leads, designers, and engineers
• Keep momentum high: surface blockers, challenge assumptions, find alternative routes

🎯 Requirements

• Experience shipping features using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex)
• Use data for product decisions, including A/B tests, product experiments, data deep-dives
• Actively explore AI tools independently
• Take ownership and move without waiting for certainty
• Communicate clearly and collaborate with designers and engineers
• Care about user experience and product quality
