📋 Description

• Partner with Commercial, IT, GBS, and external stakeholders to understand business needs, define
• Analyse and map commercial processes, identifying opportunities for optimization, automation, and
• Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of automation solutions and
• Collaborate on the deployment and enhancement of CRM platforms, intelligent selling models, and
• Leverage data and analytics to generate actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and document business processes and solution designs.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science
• Interest in data analytics, automation, and digital technologies.
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft Power Platform tools.
• Knowledge of Python or other programming languages is a plus.
