Strong phone and messaging communication skills with a friendly, professional patient-first tone.
Ability to qualify leads efficiently, ask the right questions, and overcome objections respectfully.
Comfort working with targets (daily/weekly booking goals) and maintaining activity discipline.
Attention to detail in CRM updates to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
Basic understanding of sales/appointment-setting principles (follow-up cadence, confirmation, and pipeline management).
Reliability and confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information.
