🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience, with meaningful time on technically complex B2B or
• 2–4 years of direct people management
• Experience working across time zones
• A clear design point of view and the confidence to use it
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
• A portfolio showing your design process and how you reason through hard problems
