Work directly with process owners across finance, IT, People, and delivery to turn described
Work as part of Corporate IT: review changes, have yours reviewed, and keep automation aligned with
Build and run integrations against internal systems: Microsoft Graph, Slack, Atlassian, banking
Own authentication and credentials for integrations: OAuth flows, service principals, scoped
Ensure finance-touching automation withstands audit: version-controlled, peer-reviewed changes

Production software development held to the standard of an engineering team, not scripting attached
Fluency across more than one software ecosystem; capable in Python and Go (not required)
Deep practical work with third-party APIs: pagination, rate limits, idempotency, retries, webhooks
Real command of authentication mechanisms: OAuth 2.0, OIDC, service accounts, API key and secret
Disciplined engineering practice producing an audit trail: source control, code review, automated
Hands-on experience building with LLMs, including tool use and structured extraction, plus judgment
