📋 Description

• Have visibility of the full recruitment lifecycle for all USA vacancies, from briefing and job
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and
• Source candidates through a variety of channels including direct search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job
• Conduct initial screening calls and structured competency interviews to assess suitability and
• Manage offer processes including salary benchmarking, negotiations, and pre-employment checks.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for business-critical and hard-to-fill disciplines

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable in-house or agency recruitment experience, ideally within the built environment
• Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent vacancies across varied disciplines and
• Strong direct sourcing capability with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other
• Confident, credible communicator with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Experience using an ATS and maintaining accurate recruitment data and reporting.
