Cash Management Process Lead at Experian

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end bank and intercompany general accounting reconciliations, monthly sub-ledger close
• Review variances and transaction issues, document conclusions, provide country finance commentary
• Maintain current process documentation and monitor adherence to standard operating procedures
• Partner with global process owners, country finance, controllership, business finance, other Global
• Support resource planning, recruitment, onboarding, training, engagement, performance reviews, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant work
• At least five years of experience in cash management, bank reconciliation, intercompany accounting
• Experience leading a geographically or functionally diverse finance team, with responsibility for
• Working knowledge of accounting fundamentals, month-end close, account reconciliations, financial
• Experience using performance measures and structured improvement methods to identify root causes
• Ability to support regional close schedules and occasional adjusted working hours across APAC, UK
