📋 Description

• Managing the iKhokha Store
• Drive sales, activation ratios, implement and manage in-branch marketing activities
• Assist in staff route planning for outbound activities
• Create revenue-generating opportunities in line with iKhokha goals
• Responsible for branch P&L
• Manage a team of 5 branch staff

🎯 Requirements

• National Senior Certificate (Matric)
• Undergraduate Degree is advantageous
• Minimum 3+ years experience in a similar role
• Informal market retail and retail operations experience
• Understanding of informal markets and in-branch retail dynamics
• Strong commercial skills and business acumen
