Professional Services Engineer

📋 Description

• Plan and execute customer installations, upgrades, expansions, migrations, and system health checks.
• Perform hardware installation activities, including inventory verification, rack-and-stack
• Install and configure DDN storage systems, EXAScaler file systems, DDN Insight, and related
• Configure file systems, client connectivity, authentication, networking, monitoring, and
• Conduct performance benchmarking, analysis, tuning, and capacity or infrastructure assessments.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware, operating-system, networking, file-system, and performance issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Information
• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, storage, systems administration, data-centre
• Hands-on experience with Linux systems administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience implementing enterprise storage, HPC, AI, or high-performance computing environments.
• Strong understanding of IP networking, Ethernet, InfiniBand or other high-speed interconnects.
• Experience with file systems such as Lustre, NFS, or parallel file systems (gpfs).
