Senior Project Manager – Salesforce

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end Salesforce projects from initiation through delivery and closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
• Work closely with clients, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, QA, and other
• Lead project governance, status meetings, steering committee meetings, and client communications.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Track project progress, identify potential delays or risks, and drive corrective actions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent.
• 8–12+ years of IT project management experience, with significant experience managing Salesforce
• Strong understanding of Salesforce implementations and the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Proven experience managing Agile/Scrum projects and distributed teams.
• Strong experience in client management, stakeholder management, risk management, and project
• Experience with project planning, estimation, budgeting, resource management, and delivery tracking.
