• Identify, quantify and prioritise business process improvement opportunities using data-driven
• Lead end-to-end business process optimisation and improvement initiatives.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma and related process improvement methodologies to improve efficiency, reduce
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across a range of business units and functions.
• Manage and engage stakeholders at all levels throughout business process change initiatives.
• Coach and mentor personnel in process improvement methodologies and practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from a recognised body.
• 5+ years' experience leading and implementing process improvement initiatives within technology-led
• Proven track record of delivering significant and quantifiable process efficiencies within a
• Strong facilitation, coaching and presentation skills.
• Demonstrable experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
