📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Game Presenter, Shuffler, Game Host, Operations, and Business
• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and create effective hiring plans.
• Create and publish job advertisements, manage applications, and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Conduct individual and group interviews, including competency-based interviews.
• Evaluate candidates using interviews, assessments, reference checks, and other relevant selection
• Manage recruitment partners and suppliers, ensuring quality and cost-effective services.

🎯 Requirements

• Higher education.
• Excellent spoken and written Lithuanian and English.
• Good knowledge of the labour market, recruitment channels, and selection methods.
• Experience conducting interviews and preparing competency-based interview questions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
