Senior FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Analyst

Lead and support the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes, working closely with
Prepare monthly management reporting, variance analysis and commentary for senior leadership
Build, maintain and improve financial models to support business planning and decision-making
Identify opportunities to automate and streamline reporting processes, including the use of AI
Support the rollout and ongoing use of Oracle EPM for budgeting, forecasting and planning
Partner with SQL/BI tools to extract, analyze and present financial and operational data

Previous experience in an FP&A or financial analysis role, ideally within a fintech, payments
Proven experience with budgeting and forecasting processes
Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, financial modelling, pivot tables)
SQL and/or reporting automation experience strongly preferred
Experience with Oracle EPM or a similar EPM/planning system is a strong plus
Comfortable using AI tools to support and accelerate financial analysis and reporting
