Lab Technician (Electronic Hardware)

Keep Graphcore's Bristol electronics laboratories operational, safe, and ready for engineering work
Support the facilities, equipment, procedures, and practical setups that enable hardware teams to
Support test benches, equipment configuration, board modifications, cable work, and safe working
Develop standard operating procedures that help multidisciplinary teams work consistently
Take ownership of lab readiness, respond quickly, and help teams keep moving
Support others through guidance and mentoring

Experience working in an electronics lab environment
Strong understanding of electronic test equipment, including setup, calibration and troubleshooting
Good knowledge of ESD prevention, health and safety, and safe laboratory working practices
Experience repairing and modifying PCB assemblies to IPC-7711/21 and J-STD-001 standards
Experience with cable and wire harness assemblies to drawings and IPC-620 standards, plus IPC-A-610
A pragmatic, hands-on approach, with clear communication and the ability to mentor junior team
