Member Engagement Specialist
📋 Description
- Proactively contact prospective members through multiple communication channels, explain program
- Build rapport and trust through active listening, empathy, personalized communication, and a
- Consistently meet engagement and outreach targets by educating members, addressing concerns, and
- Represent the organization positively and professionally across all member and internal
- Handle member information responsibly and follow applicable federal, state, and local requirements
- Accurately document member interactions and relevant information in required systems and records.
🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or a degree is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, member engagement, or a related field.
- Healthcare, wellness, or population health management experience is preferred.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and contact center software is
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different
- Persuasive communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on understanding and responding to
