Director, Global Engineering Programs

📋 Description

• Provide project management, direction and oversight to the Global Engineering Programs department
• Coordinate facility and utility projects to ensure adherence to AbbVie Standards and Specifications
• Develop resource plans for approved projects and make recommendations regarding use of
• Establish and maintain relationships with external engineering and construction organizations
• Manage and leverage common engineering systems
• Accountable for processes, policies and procedures related to Capital and Facilities Planning

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Architecture
• Master of Management or MBA preferred
• 10-15 years experience as a Manager, Project Engineering
• Experience developing resource plans for approved projects
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with external engineering and construction
