Senior People Partner

📋 Description

• Partner with Business leaders across Business Services and P&C on areas of employee relations
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements pertinent to the day-to-day management of employees
• Partner with Talent Programs to implement talent programs, events and initiatives that retain
• Guide client teams through performance management process, performance issues, and improvement plans
• Collaborate with colleagues in People Operations to develop policies, programs, and solutions.
• Identify core learning and training needs for employees across different career levels

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of HRBP experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably including time at a tech
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in working with diverse HR Talent Tools and Systems
• Experience using data to identify insights that drive action
• Experience in partnering with Talent Programs Teams and implementing company wide Talent Programs
• Deep hands-on knowledge and experience with employee relations, performance management and HR
