📋 Description

• Diagnose and treat patients in assisted living/group homes and skilled nursing facilities
• Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients
• Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
• Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialist regarding patient care

🎯 Requirements

• AZ License must be current and in good standing
• One to two years experience as a Primary Care Nurse or Physician Assistant
• Must have current and active DEA
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
