Senior IT & Security Operations Engineer

Administer, configure, and maintain Mobile Device Management (MDM) and device management solutions
Manage and configure security settings within AWS systems and Cloudflare environments.
Configure, manage, and maintain office networking hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) and
Manage, configure, and monitor SIEM and other threat detection systems.
Document security events, track incidents, and maintain thorough security and compliance logs.
Implement security policies and infrastructure improvements as technical implementer.

4–10 years of experience in IT Systems Administration, Network Operations, or IT Support with a
Hands-on experience with MDM, identity/SSO providers (e.g., Okta, Microsoft Intune, Google
Solid understanding of network engineering, hardware configuration, and VPN management.
Foundational experience or strong familiarity with managing cloud security configurations on any
Exposure to or experience with SIEM and threat detection platforms.
Excellent written skills for documenting security incidents, network diagrams, and IT procedures.
