Instructional Designer / Content Developer

📋 Description

• Design and develop engaging learning content including eLearning modules, videos, graphics
• Translate complex business or process information into clear, learner-friendly experiences that
• Support project execution and delivery by managing assigned tasks, tracking milestones
• Partner with SMEs and business stakeholders to gather input, validate content accuracy, and help
• Apply instructional design best practices and design thinking to create learning solutions that are
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance learning

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Learning and Development, Instructional Design
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in adult learning, instructional design, training development, or a
• Strong foundational knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory, with
• Demonstrated proficiency with contemporary content development tools and techniques, including
• Ability to rapidly develop high-quality digital learning assets that are visually engaging
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively with SMEs
