• Lead and manage the existing Data Team, overseeing team performance, daily operations, professional
• Define the team's strategy, roadmap, and priorities in alignment with business objectives
• Mentor and develop team members, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a collaborative
• Oversee Data Analytics, Data Engineering, and Data Science initiatives, ensuring scalable
• Take ownership of the end-to-end data lifecycle, from data collection and integration to advanced

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics
• At least 5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Science, or related
• Proven experience in leading and managing data teams, including performance management, mentoring
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong expertise in data analytics, business intelligence, KPI development, and transforming
• Experience working with event-stream subscription data from App Stores and MMPs
