🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of Full-Stack Engineering experience, or equivalent depth gained through other paths.
• Proven experience with a modern backend language/framework (e.g. Python, Flask, Django) — or
• Proven experience using AI dev tools.
• Proven experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Professional experience working in a cloud-based environment — AWS (preferred), GCP, or Azure.
• Collaborative approach that empowers other engineers on the team.
