Senior Commercial & Technology Legal Counsel

Own the full contract lifecycle: Draft, review, negotiate, and close a wide range of contracts -
Provide practical legal guidance: Advise on marketing, advertising, intellectual property

Master's degree in Law (LL.M.) and at least 5 years of legal experience post-graduation
Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts
Ability to translate dense legalese into clear, actionable guidance that business teams actually
Strong legal risk assessment skills - keeping an eye on the bigger picture while staying
Naturally curious and self-directed - when you hit an unfamiliar issue, you dig in rather than wait
