📋 Description

• Lead growth across the customer lifecycle, owning the journey from first touch through onboarding
• Take Payoneer to new surfaces, defining presence on mobile, partner and marketplace integrations
• Own the customer experience end-to-end across onboarding, verification touchpoints, lifecycle
• Act as customers’ partner on the inside, spending time with customers and advocating for their
• Build and grow the team: hire, coach, and set the bar for a team of product managers.
• Set the strategy and make the case for it, defining where the area goes and defending the roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years managing product managers, with a
• Experience launching and scaling new surfaces - mobile, partner-embedded, marketplace, or
• Data mastery: fluent in analytics and quantitative reasoning (funnels, cohorts, experiments
• Hands-on experience shipping AI-powered product capabilities - personalization, guided or
• Excellent judgment, bias for action, and strong communication skills.
• Customer-centric with a designer’s eye, high bar for craft.
