📋 Description

• Elicit, analyse, document, and validate business requirements through workshops, interviews
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, product owners, architects, and
• Produce high-quality documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements, define scope, and achieve
• Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement
• Support the development of target operating models, business process redesign, and transformation

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst within large-scale change, transformation, or
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Demonstrated experience gathering and documenting complex business and functional requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
