[UAE] Forward Deployed Engineer

📋 Description

• Translate client business needs into scoped, deployable AI solutions with clear acceptance criteria
• Design, build and deploy production-grade LLM systems, including RAG pipelines, tool-calling
• Develop Python or TypeScript services, APIs, connectors and integrations with client data sources
• Apply engineering best practice: code review, automated testing, CI/CD, logging and monitoring, and
• Deliver within governed enterprise environments, using approved libraries and services and
• Communicate trade-offs, progress and risks to client stakeholders, and escalate scope changes early

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI or a related field
• 2 to 6 years' experience in software engineering or applied AI engineering
• Strong production experience in Python or TypeScript
• LLMs and agents running in production, not only prototypes
• Experience building RAG pipelines, tool-calling agents and LLM workflows, with evaluation and
