IT Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Device lifecycle management: assist with laptop procurement, setup, returns, and secure wiping
• Office IT support: provide on-hand support to our colleagues in our Warsaw office, as well as
• AV support: ensure meeting rooms and AV equipment are running reliably
• End-user support: be the first point of contact for the team by logging, prioritising and resolving
• Onboarding: run IT onboarding calls for new joiners
• New IT projects: contribute to IT initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• A friendly, end-user focused attitude
• Strong organisational skills, attention to details and a proactive mindset
• Solid IT fundamentals (macOS, iOS and Android Operating systems, networking basics, SaaS tooling
• Hands-on experience with an MDM platform (Jamf, Kandji, Fleet or similar)
• Experience with Okta (or similar IdP) and understanding of access management principles, SSO, MFA
• A willingness to learn new tools and technologies quickly
