📋 Description

• Lead and manage mid-sized strategic projects and workstreams, overseeing planning, analysis
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and success metrics aligned with organizational
• Conduct detailed analyses of operational and financial performance data to identify trends
• Prepare clear, executive-ready reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations that translate
• Conduct market research, evaluate vendors, and assess emerging technologies and innovative
• Partner with finance, IT, operational teams, and other stakeholders to design and implement process

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related
• Demonstrated experience managing strategic initiatives, business transformation projects, or
• Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex datasets, identify trends and
• Experience with analytical and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar platforms
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for financial analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information
