📋 Description

• Own platform capabilities end to end, from problem definition and architectural design to
• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and reusable execution patterns that
• Develop robust data models and handle concurrency, failure recovery, performance optimization, and
• Build and improve the frameworks used to develop, execute, and orchestrate AI agents.
• Develop production-ready agent loops, tool integrations, orchestration mechanisms, and user-facing
• Translate ambiguous business and technical requirements into practical, maintainable engineering

🎯 Requirements

• Strong fundamentals in backend engineering, including problem decomposition, data structures
• Hands-on experience building and owning production-grade backend systems.
• Ability to explain system behaviour beyond the framework layer, including API design, database
• Experience taking technical projects from initial design through production deployment and
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguous requirements without relying on
• A practical, hands-on approach to engineering, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
