Compliance Assurance Officer

📋 Description

• Conduct end-to-end compliance assurance reviews, including planning, testing, fieldwork, and
• Assess compliance risks and control effectiveness, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
• Prepare clear audit and assurance reports, highlighting findings, risks, recommendations, and
• Partner with business stakeholders to develop remediation plans and track actions through to
• Maintain accurate records, issue tracking, and governance reporting using assurance and risk
• Support a strong compliance culture by providing insights, sharing best practices, and contributing

🎯 Requirements

• Around 3 years of experience in Compliance Monitoring, Testing, Assurance, or Internal Audit within
• Experience working in Financial Services, Banking, FinTech, or other highly regulated industries.
• Strong analytical and risk assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate controls, identify
• Good understanding of Privacy, Data Protection, and Regulatory Compliance requirements.
• Excellent investigation, documentation, report-writing, and stakeholder management skills, with
• Professional certifications such as ACCA, CIA, or CISA are preferred; ability to work independently
