Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Build core backend functionality in Ruby on Rails and relational databases
• Work daily in Claude Code and ship features using LLMs and agentic workflows
• Build React components in TypeScript for customer-facing features
• Collaborate and pair program with experienced full-stack engineers
• Help with problem-solving and issue resolution, working on bug fixes and improvements
• Learn and contribute to our AI-powered features and workflows

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science or a similar technical field
• 2+ years of professional experience as a software engineer
• Excellent written communication skills
• Experience building web applications with a modern language like Ruby, Python, JavaScript
• Experience or strong interest in AI/LLM technologies and prompt-first development workflows
• Strong desire to learn Ruby and Rails (experience is a plus, but not required)
