Senior Specialist - Client Onboarding

📋 Description

• Lead and facilitate client workshops to demonstrate the usage of Nasdaq Clearing products and guide
• Own the design, development, and ongoing maintenance of training courses and materials for various
• Participate in requirements discussions and design studies to help define the scope of work for the
• Work closely with internal teams, including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Professional Services

🎯 Requirements

• In-depth experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Tester within Capital Markets, preferably
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to work optimally with clients
• Proven ability to engage and collaborate closely with both external clients and internal
• High motivation and drive, with the ability to thrive and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to understand sophisticated solutions and concepts and translate them into clear
• Experience with Unix/Linux and willingness to travel to client or Nasdaq locations as required.
