Job Summary

We are looking for a talented marketing designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visual design principles and be able to translate marketing strategies into thoughtful solutions that help prospective customers understand how Basis can impact their business.

You will be responsible for creating a wide range of marketing materials, including website designs, presentation decks, product screenshots and graphics, email assets, PDFs and display ads.

 

Responsibilities:

Design and develop website layouts and graphics

Produce sales enablement collateral such as presentation decks

Produce graphics for blogs, webinars, and social media

Design email campaigns and newsletters

Use pre-existing brand guidelines and evolve them for new use cases

Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent work experience

3+ years of experience in marketing design

Must have prior website design experience and can provide links to past work

Strong understanding of visual design principles

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in Figma or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Familiarity with HTML and CSS

Experience with Webflow a huge plus
